O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:

• Atuar com o módulo SAP SD em projetos de implementação, melhorias e sustentação (AMS);
• Interagir com analistas de negócio e áreas usuárias para entendimento de demandas, incidentes e requisições de serviço;
• Atuar como ponto focal na gestão das requisições, planejando e coordenando entregas junto ao time técnico;
• Garantir comunicação contínua com stakeholders, mantendo alinhamento sobre status e evolução das demandas;
• Apoiar na resolução de incidentes e solicitações, garantindo qualidade e aderência aos processos;
• Aplicar conhecimentos de localização Brasil (impostos e regras fiscais) nos processos de vendas e distribuição;
• Propor melhorias de processos e atuar na mitigação de riscos, buscando eficiência operacional.

• Experiência com SAP SD;
• Conhecimento em localização brasileira (impostos e taxas);
• Vivência em projetos de implementação SAP ou AMS;
• Experiência em interação com áreas de negócio e levantamento de requisitos;
