Job Summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled and passionate IAM Security Delivery Manager to work from our office located in Porto (hybrid working is allowed). Applicants must have Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or relevant working experience and full professional proficiency in English. Experience and/or knowledge in other fields of Information Security.

Selected candidates will take part in IAM Security projects for global & leading companies across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support IAM solutions that align with business requirements and security policies

  • Work with clients to gather IAM requirements, define use cases, and deliver secure access controls and identity governance.

    Configure and customize IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, One Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity)

  • Develop connectors and integrations between IAM tools and target systems (AD, LDAP, SAP, databases, etc.)

  • Support activities such as role mining, policy definition, certification campaigns, and access reviews

  • Contribute to architecture and strategy around identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM)

  • Participate in project planning, documentation, testing, and go-live support

  • Provide technical leadership (for senior roles) and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IAM projects (role varies based on experience level)

  • Good knowledge of IAM concepts: user lifecycle management, authentication/authorization, access provisioning, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, identity federation

  • Experience with one or more IAM tools such as:

    - SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ

    - One Identity Manager

    - ForgeRock

    - Ping Identity

    - Okta

  • Familiarity with protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM

  • Understanding of directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD), databases, and web services (REST/SOAP)

  • Strong communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with One Identity Manager (particularly for provisioning, workflows, and customization)

  • Programming/scripting knowledge (Java, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL)

  • Certifications in IAM or security domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM, Azure AD, SailPoint, One Identity)

  • Cloud IAM experience (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM)

  • Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust)

  • Fluency in other European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
