【Job Description】
You will drive business transformation and global operations as a result of SAP implementation and promote the business transformation of clients. At Accenture, there are many projects on a global scale, working with leading domestic and foreign companies. You will collaborate with Accenture's global locations and multiple departments internally to contribute to the transformation of clients.
With numerous global projects, there is also an understanding for English-only individuals, creating an environment that is easy to adapt to. ■ Contribute at the center of corporate transformation, globalizing operations, and digital transformation (DX) The core business operations that drive transformation with SAP are fundamental to businesses and significantly transform the clients' business itself through SAP implementation projects. As client companies globalize, there is a need for visualization of dispersed data worldwide, standardization, and digitalization of operations, and SAP plays a central role in this.
■ Aim for a career as a project manager in large-scale projects Accenture's clients are primarily leading domestic and foreign companies, and their SAP projects are large-scale and global, setting benchmarks for other companies and industries. Furthermore, almost all SAP projects undertaken by Accenture cover the entire process of directly receiving orders and planning, providing opportunities to aim for a career as a project manager in large-scale projects through experiencing Accenture's methodologies and management techniques.
■ Gain extensive knowledge centering around SAP Accenture's SAP projects are promoted in collaboration with other projects within Accenture that require data from core systems (such as developing new management methods, improving customer experiences, and realizing digital twins). With the advancement of digitalization and the expansion of services by SAP, SAP projects themselves have evolved to include the introduction of new technologies related to analysis and forecasting, and the utilization of the latest development methods, in addition to the traditional SAP core area. Furthermore, there are many hybrid projects that involve the simultaneous implementation of multiple software, such as cloud services and EC packages.
■ Advanced initiatives through collaboration with SAP and client companies Accenture collaborates with SAP and client companies to implement advanced initiatives such as achieving sustainable management using SAP, regional revitalization, and support for small and medium-sized enterprises.
■ Comprehensive education system Accenture provides numerous SAP-related training courses globally, and actively develops and holds training programs unique to Japan.
