O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:

• Acompanhamentos gerais das vistorias técnicas para: Levantamento Métrico / Diagnóstico de Sistemas de Combate a Incêndio / Laudos de Estabilidade, Salubridade e Habitabilidade da Edificação entre outros.

• Experiência em vistorias para elaboração de AS BUILT e AS IS, com capacidade de identificar anomalias, patologias e condições de integridade em edificações.

• Acompanhamento e realização dos processos de regularização de patrimônio e torres.

• Serviços de campo, visitas técnicas e de mediações, acompanhamento.

• Conhecimento de legislações a nível Municipal, Estadual e Federal.

• Disponibilidade para viagens dentro do estado (contratado), bem como para outros estados, podendo ficar de 20 a 30 dias fora de casa, conforme necessidades do projeto. A atuação segue conforme escopo estabelecido pelo cliente.

• Atividades relacionadas a Backoffice, de forma remota, também será realizada, dada necessidade de volume e/ou baixa demanda de campo, tais como: elaboração de relatórios, laudos e projetos, entre outros.

Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:

• Ensino Superior em Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Engenharia Civil (Cursando ou Completo). Mínimo necessário Técnico em Edificações comprovando as experiências acima.

• Experiência com regularização de patrimônios.

• Conhecimento de legislação a nível Municipal, Estadual e Federal.

• CNH B mínimo de 2 anos.

• Experiencia em regularização de edifícios industriais, área de mineração.(diferencial)

• Conhecimento em AutoCad

• Pacote Office Intermediário/Avançado.

• Experiência em inspeções e vistorias de equipamentos e sistemas de combate a incêndio, com conhecimentos práticos sobre normas e instruções técnicas do Corpo de Bombeiros (IT’s) e experiencia com projetos e equipamentos de proteção contra incêndio.
