◆職務概要
デジタルマーケティング領域の様々なプロジェクト(新規構築/リニューアル/移行、ならびに複数年の運用)において、プロジェクト全体の計画策定から実行推進、品質・コスト・スケジュール・リスクの統合管理までを担います。クライアントのビジネス課題を深く理解し、関係者を巻き込みながら成果創出にコミットするポジションです。
◆職務詳細
【Project Manager】
・大規模リニューアル/構築/移行プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント
・クライアントのビジネス課題の理解、関係者との合意形成、戦略策定支援
・プロジェクト計画(スコープ、体制、予算、スケジュール)の立案および統制
・進捗・課題・リスク管理、品質管理、チェンジコントロール
・社内外関係者(クライアント、ベンダー、社内各チーム)との調整・推進
・チーム/メンバー管理(役割設計、育成、パフォーマンス最大化)
【PMO】
・デジタルマーケティングの運用プロジェクトのPMOとして、プロジェクト運営・ガバナンスを設計し、遂行を支援
・進捗・品質・コスト・契約ベースラインのモニタリング、レポーティング、改善提案
・クライアントのハイレイヤーとの折衝、意思決定支援、コミュニケーション設計
・運用フェーズに深く入り込み、業務工数・時間など管理を通じて安定運用と継続改善を推進
・RPA/AI各種ツールを活用したプロセス標準化・自動化・可視化の推進
・チーム/メンバー管理(タスク設計、リソース管理、育成)
◆必要要件
・デジタルマーケティング領域におけるプロジェクトマネジャー経験(目安:3年以上)
・デジタルマーケティング領域におけるプロジェクトの企画・立案・実行経験
・チーム/メンバーのマネジメント経験(体制設計、役割分担、育成・パフォーマンス管理など)
※PMOポジションは下記も必要
・AI/RPO等を活用したプロジェクトの改善経験
・AI等先端技術を用いた、新しいマーケティングモデル策定への興味・関心

・社内外で業務プロセスにおけるDX推進に関わった経験
・AEM/Sitecore等のハイエンドCMS構築プロジェクトにおけるPM経験
・システム/インフラ領域の知見・実務経験

・業務改善(BPR/運用改善)の知見・実務経験
・RPA/AIや各種ツール導入・運用の経験
