◆職務概要
デジタル領域全般(Web・広告・SNS・アプリ等)を横断し、事業戦略・ブランド戦略と連動した統合コミュニケーション戦略を設計・推進します。
戦略策定(年間戦略・コミュニケーションプラン・KGI/KPI設計)から、制作・運用フェーズのディレクション、効果分析、改善提案までを一気通貫でリードします。
◆具体的な仕事内容
・クライアント事業戦略ブランド戦略と連動した、統合コミュニケーション戦略の策定
・デジタル(広告・Web・SNS・アプリ等)を活用した年間戦略・コミュニケーションプランの策定
・SNS活用方針の策定、運用全体設計(アカウントの役割・ペルソナ/パーソナリティ・トーン&マナー等)
・KGI/KPI設計、計測設計、運用データの定量・定性分析、インサイト抽出、改善提案
・実行部分のディレクション(コンテンツ/クリエイティブ、SNS・動画・サイト等の監修、制作・運用チームのリード)
・進行管理(スコープ/品質/スケジュール)、関係各所(クライアント複数部署・社内外パートナー)との合意形成
※デジタル主軸ですが、リアル/マス/イベント等との連動提案・実行を行う場合があります。
◆必要要件
・広告代理店・制作会社・マーケティング支援会社等における、コミュニケーション戦略設計およびデジタルメディアプラン策定の経験(目安:3年以上)
・Web・SNSにおけるプランニング・制作・運用経験
・プランニングから品質担保のための指揮・監修まで関与した経験
