■業務内容
インフラ マネージドサービス における各専門領域（オンプレミス・クラウド・ネットワーク・ミドルウェア・ワークプレイス・セキュリティなど）のSREとなり、オフショアテクノロジーセンターと協力したチーム体制の中で依頼対応、障害対応、問合せ対応等、品質の高い運用保守サービスの提供を行います。
アクセンチュアのアセットを活用すると共に、自動化など品質向上と効率化を追求するためのソリューション提案や実装も行います。
運用の中で派生する追加案件・更改案件を通じて、構築や上流工程にも携わって頂きます。
単なる箱・システムとしてのインフラ運用保守ではなく、クライアントビジネスに視点を置いたインフラ運用保守の提供と、トランスフォーメーションを支援実行していきます。
お客様ビジネス目線でのインフラ安定運用に貢献することで、ビジネスに直結した生きたスキル・経験を身に着けることが出来ます。
またオフショアスタッフとのコミュニケーションで英語を活用する機会も多く、英語を使った仕事に興味がある方にとって魅力があります。英語力に自身が無い方でも、グローバル人材に成長したい意欲がある方は歓迎します。

・官公庁：世界中をまたにかけて活躍されるクライアント向けに、官公庁固有の固さを飛び越えた新たな次世代クラウドサービス・DX推進を提供するプロジェクト
・製造流通業：日本に本社を持つグローバル企業で、全社DX/BXをアクセンチュアが推進する中、DX/BXの基礎となるインフラ（マルチクラウド・ハイブリッドクラウド・ネットワーク）の運用・保守・拡張を行うプロジェクト
・製薬業：オフショア体制によるサービスデスク及び基幹系・研究開発・営業系のアプリ/インフラのデリバリーサービスを主軸とし、DXに向けたコンサルティング支援を行うプロジェクト
・エネルギー事業：電力自由化による環境変化やデジタル化の波に対応できるよう、アウトソーシングを梃子としてクライアント人財を強化するためのトランスフォーメーションプロジェクト
◆応募要件
・インフラ（オンプレミス・クラウド・ネットワーク・ミドルウェア・ワークプレイス・セキュリティなど）の設計、実装、運用経験
・ITILベースでのサービス管理、PMO等のプロジェクト取りまとめ経験
・インフラ運用コスト削減等のクライアント課題解決及び、提案活動経験
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・ビジネスレベルの英語能力（TOEIC 600以上相当）
・オフショアとの協業経験
◆期待するヒューマンスキル
・新しいことにチャレンジする気持ちを持っていること
・途中で投げ出さずに、やりきる強い気持ちを持っていること
