官公庁・地方自治体・教育機関・医療機関などの公共分野のお客様にフォーカスして、お客様のサービス開発に貢献するためのプロジェクトに参加していただきます。 開発・技術スキルをもとに、ディレクションや時にブリッジSEの役割を担い、ビジネスとシステムの間をつなぐ役割から、最新のテクノロジー知見を用いてお客様にとっての最適解を検討・提示するため、アクセンチュアの他部門やグローバル拠点との連携も行います。

◆業務内容
設計・開発・移行のメインプレイヤーとしての活躍を中心に、ソリューションの実現可能性などに対する技術的側面から調査・検証をリードしたり、安定かつ効率的な保守の実現のために新たなソリューション導入の検討をするなど、携わる工程は上流から下流まで多岐にわたります。

・年金、雇用、税金、労働など社会インフラとして国民生活に欠かせない政府情報システム
・電子申請、AI、IoTなどの国家IT戦略に基づくデジタル化に関するプロジェクト
◆応募要件
以下3つすべてのスキル・経験を有する方
・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
・「システムインテグレーション/クラウドインテグレーション」の実務経験3年以上。
・「未来のアクセンチュアに必要なDNA」をお持ちの方／持とうと心掛けている方

◆望ましい経験・スキル
・公共サービス・医療健康領域での経験
・実務経験（Java開発経験、レガシーシステムのモダナイゼーション経験、クラウドシステムの設計・実装実務経験）
・特定の言語、製品、フレームワークに関する表彰経験
・管理経験（3～5名のチームリーダー経験、プロジェクトリーダー経験、プロジェクトマネジャー経験）
・資格保有（IPA高度試験資格を3つ以上、PMI認定PMP資格及びこれに準じる資格）
