法務・コンプライアンス担当(シニア・アナリスト)-コーポレート職
Geographic Compliance & Corporate(コンプライアンス・コーポレート法務部、以下「GCC」)は、法務本部の一部門であり、主に日本のアクセンチュアのコンプライアンス全般とその適法な運営を担います。
今回募集するポジションは、日本のGCCの一員として、以下に掲げる業務を行います。
◆具体的な仕事内容
⓵主に以下の契約書等に関する日本法(民法、商法、知的財産権法、下請法、不正競争防止法、印紙税法等)観点でのレビュー。
・サプライヤーとの業務委託契約、派遣契約、賃貸借契約、物品購入契約、ソフトウェアライセンス契約、設備工事契約、守秘義務契約、個人情報の取扱いに関する覚書、情報セキュリティに関する覚書等
・当社のプレスリリース、書籍、寄稿等
・当社のボランティア活動に関する提携先(NGO等)との契約等
・イベントの協賛に関する契約等
②社内で利用する各種ツール(AIなど)に関するデータ・プライバシー観点からの審査
③関連会社管理サポート(情報の収集、アップデート、定型的な取締役会決議ドラフト等)
④その他各チームメンバーのワークロードや能力に基づき上記以外の法務・コンプライアンス関連業務をお願いすることがあります
◆組織体制:
アクセンチュアでは法務(Legal)はグローバルな組織となっており、機能毎に部門が分かれています。GCCはグローバルのCompliance, Operations, Regulatory and Ethics(「CORE」)部門に属しています。日本の法務本部にはGCCの他、主にクライアントとの契約を担当する営業法務部とコントラクト・マネジメント部、労働法務を取り扱う労働法務部、一定の調査を担当する社内調査部があります。

◆応募要件
・学歴:大卒以上
・日本語:ネイティブレベル
・英語:基本的なビジネス英語力(TOEIC 600点以上)
・法律関連の知識をお持ちの方(例:ロースクール卒業、企業法務経験有)
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・海外の関係者とやり取りする業務の経験
・ビジネスを理解した上で、リスクを特定し、適切な判断ができる能力
・多数の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションができる能力
・職歴:企業の法務部門や法律事務所等での契約審査業務2年以上の勤務経験
・法務・コンプライアンス業務に対する高い意欲
