◆業務内容
・クラウドシフトの効果を最大化するために、サーバー、ワークプレース、ネットワーク、セキュリティなどの垣根を超え、複雑に絡み合ったITインフラを効率的に刷新するための計画・設計・構築・移行を実施します。
・システム基盤に関する高度な技術・知識をベースとし、システム基盤全体のアーキテクチャ、パブリッククラウドが提供する各種サービスを熟知したメンバーで本業務を実施します。
◆プロジェクト事例
・大手金融機関におけるITサービスマネジメント高度化ロードマップ策定
・大手製薬メーカーのSAPシステムのクラウド移行に伴うクラウドインフラの設計・構築
・大手金融機関における業務効率化を目的としたAI利用環境の設計・構築
・大手通信企業におけるID管理基盤刷新の構想策定からソリューション導入
・大手エネルギー業におけるフルクラウド運用設計・実装
・官公庁におけるクラウド基盤の要件定義およびInfrastructure as Code の考え方とツール・サービスを活用した設計・構築
・リモートワーク環境整備の導入

【クラウド・マイグレーション＆モダナイゼーション】
自動化ツールや移行ファクトリー等のアセットやノウハウを活用したAWSやAzure、GCPといったハイパースケーラーへのクラウド移行を実現します。コスト抑制やスピードのみならず、ビジネス戦略に即したクラウドトランスフォーメーションを支援します。
【SAP＆DATA AI on Cloud】
AWSやAzure、GCPといったハイパースケーラー上で「ミッションクリティカルな基幹系システム（SAP）」を安定稼働させるために、SAPアプリケーション・ミドルウェア導入部門と協働しながら最適なクラウドサービスを組み合わせ、ワンストップでクラウド環境へのSAPマイグレーション・導入を実現します。また、企業内で保持しているデータを利活用するデータ分析基盤、AI環境のクラウド構築を支援します。
【サービス・リライアビリティ・エンジニアリング（SRE）】
クラウドやITサービスマネジメント、DevSecOpsの高度な知識と豊富な経験を武器に、お客様の大規模な基幹系システムのシステム運用を定義し、それを支える開発・運用基盤を設計・構築します。また、お客様と連携しながらそれらの継続的な改善や自動化に取り組みます。
【ハイブリッド＆エマージング・プラットフォーム】
AWSやAzure、GCPといったハイパースケーラーとオンプレミス/エッジを組み合わせたハイブリッド＆マルチ環境の実現に向け、 エマージング（新出現）なコンテナベースプラットフォームを中心としたソリューションの導入・移行を支援します。
【クラウド・ネイティブ・ソリューションズ】
お客様の複雑かつ高度化しているDX促進の状況にあわせて、システムの全レイヤに対して最適なソリューションを組み合わせて活用し、計画の策定から実行・運用までの全フェーズを総合的に支援します。
◆応募要件
アーキテクチャ/インフラストラクチャ領域の業務経験（2年以上）があり、以下いずれかの経験を有する方（AND条件ではなくOR条件）
1. オンプレミス、クラウド問わず、以下の要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、運用経験
· クラウド/サーバー (AWS、Azure、GCP等)
· コミュニケーション基盤 (Microsoft 365、Google Workspaces)
· ワークプレース基盤 (Windows PC 移行・展開・アップデート、MECM・Intunes)
· 認証基盤 (Active Directory、Microsoft Entra ID、Okta、Keycloak等)
· ネットワーク（Enterprise and Data Center、LAN/WAN、サービスプロバイダ）
· ネットワークセキュリティ（次世代ファイアウォール、侵入検知・防御、SD-WAN）
· 上記以外の各種OSS、ミドルウェア（RDBMS、Web/Appサーバー、運用系ツール等）
2. 機能要件のみならず、非機能要件（可用性、性能、セキュリティ、コスト等）を考慮した技術評価・選定を行い、技術基盤全体のアーキテクチャを計画、設計、構築できる知識、経験
3. トラブルシューティングやパフォーマンスチューニング
◆望ましい経験・スキル
· プロジェクト管理やプロジェクトリーダー経験者（またはそういうキャリアに興味のある方）
· お客様ステークホルダーに対して情報共有や議論を進めるコミュニケーションスキル（コンサルタントとして意思決定者と対話するキャリアに興味のある方）
· AWS、Azure、GCP等のクラウドベンダーの認定資格の保有
· お客様先で情報共有や議論を進めるコミュニケーションスキル、プロジェクト推進スキル
· 技術的課題についてロジカルに考えるスキル
· ソフトウェア開発のライフサイクル（SDLC）やアジャイルに関する知識・経験
· 英語でのコミュニケーションを用いた業務経験
