• Identificar necesidades de capacitación y audiencias impactadas para desarrollar currículas de aprendizaje.

• Diseñar estrategias de formación que potencien competencias y conocimientos.

• Definir alcance de proyectos (estimación de esfuerzo, recursos y tiempos).

• Detectar riesgos durante la ejecución de proyectos.

• Incorporar tendencias de capacitación del mercado para ofrecer propuestas de valor innovadoras.

• Gestionar equipos de proyecto y acompañar su crecimiento profesional.

• Garantizar la calidad de los materiales producidos.

Lo que te hará exitoso – Requisitos:

• +3 años de experiencia en análisis de necesidades de capacitación, planificación y gestión de proyectos de aprendizaje.

• Título universitario en Comunicación, Educación o afines (excluyente).

• Inglés avanzado oral y escrito (excluyente).

• Habilidades en trabajo en equipo, negociación, manejo de clientes, design thinking y storytelling.

• Excelentes aptitudes interpersonales: flexibilidad, proactividad, autonomía, creatividad y orientación al detalle.

• Conocimientos sólidos de MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook – excluyente) y herramientas de gestión.
