• La creación y el desarrollo del plan de Gestión del Cambio que busque impulsar la rápida adopción de los nuevos procesos de negocio y/ o tecnología a implementar en un proyecto.
• Identificar audiencias impactadas por la solución que se implementará y evaluar el impacto del cambio para cada una proponiendo acciones de mitigación.
• Gestionar la relación con los principales stakeholders, buscando asegurar el compromiso de los líderes para alcanzar el éxito del proyecto.
• Poniendo a las personas en el centro, desarrollar estrategias para acompañarlas en la transformación de su organización.
• Co creando con el cliente, desarrollar materiales de capacitación y comunicación (contemplados en el plan de Gestión del Cambio).
• Implementar estrategias de adopción para garantizar que el cambio suceda.
• De acuerdo con la dimensión del proyecto, tener la oportunidad de liderar tu propio equipo.
• Trabajar activamente como mentor de otros miembros del equipo para asistirles en el desarrollo su carrera.

Lo que te hará exitoso:

• Título Universitario de las carreras de Recursos Humanos, Comunicación, Administración o afines.
• 3+ años de experiencia en Gestión del Cambio.

• Conocimiento de metodología de capacitación.
• Excepcional habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés.
• Manejo Avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.

• Capacidad analítica y entendimiento de procesos. 
• Experiencia en comunicación y transformaciones de recursos humanos.
• Capacidad y entusiasmo por guiar a otros miembros del equipo, compartiendo buenas prácticas y tu experiencia.
