戦略部門チームが経営として目指すところNorth Starを定めた後を引き継ぎ、複数か月・複数年に渡る変革のJourneyを指揮することが「マネジメントコンサルタント」の仕事です。そのためにはNorth Starに行き着くための過程のにおいて、、Road Blockを論理的・創造的思考で取り除き、その道筋の変更をコントロールする極めて高い思考技術と強いリーダーシップ、また必要な人材巻き込んでいけるセンスが必要です。

下記いずれかのご経験
・開発、製造、調達、購買、需給、物流、販売など企業のオペレーション実務経験（２年以上）
【歓迎（WANT）】
・業務コンサルティング（変革ロードマップの策定、施策実行、課題解決）経験
・調達・購買業務３年以上経験者
・製造系業務３年以上経験者
・物流業界出身者
・スタートアップ経験者
