---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Business Advisory Specialist WORK SETUP: Hybrid RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with forms design/Hyperscience template regarding Kofax, Hyperscience, and fax/email systems. • Assist with setting up new Kofax/Hyperscience platforms, input files, output formats. • Assistance and support for upgrading Hyperscience, Power BI and related backend systems. • Automate the data and documents extraction methods of OCR, ICR, OMR. • Provide assistance to Ops/IT on the Kofax/Hyperscience solutions as configured to the business requirements. • Develop and automate business reports using MS BI Tools, Python and SQL server. • Perform training for Operations, IT, and end-users. • Work with various Ops, Transformation, and IT groups to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Participate in development of test plans for UAT, Production deployment and end-to-end testing. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 5 years of relevant work experience • Proficiency in Power BI and Power platforms (Power Apps & Power Automate) • Background in Automation Anywhere • Experience in building and mobilizing reports in MS Excel • Experience with VBA and Macro to automate reports • Individual contributor role
