Working closely with Client and Service Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects, you will oversee critical RESPONSIBILITIES: ** Other Tasks: Team members may occasionally be asked to perform non-transition-related roles or tasks as needed to support business and organizational requirements. The expected outcomes from these temporary assignments will be discussed by your designated lead as they arise to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables.** ** Expanded Expectations for Level 7 and Above: Leadership engagement beyond immediate project responsibilities fosters broader organizational impact and is expected at this level. Participation and involvement in local and/or global initiatives is therefore highly encouraged. ** • Response Materials Development: Lead the creation of high-quality response materials in collaboration with Workstream Leads and Solution Architects for Deal Shape teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. • Cost Estimation and Work Plan Management: Provide accurate cost estimations and developing comprehensive work plans for workstreams, ensuring all resources and timelines are effectively managed. • Mobilization Architecture: Oversees the planning and execution of resource transitions and onboarding, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and organizational standards. • Due Diligence and Service Transition Activities: Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring smooth and efficient program execution. • Advanced Analytical Evaluation: Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess concepts, alternatives, and solution options, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that align with program objectives. • Workstream Leadership: Lead Transition program, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with the overall program objectives. • Solution Design and Implementation: Define, build, and implement components of Service Transition programs, leveraging existing standard solutions to maximize efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure timely delivery. • Mobilization Methodology and Tools Adherence: Ensure adherence to Mobilization methods, tools, and best practices across all phases of the transition process, promoting consistency and quality in service delivery. • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Define and assess the detailed costs and benefits of specific solutions and workstreams, ensuring effective financial planning and risk management for service transition programs. • Client Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen internal and external client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and alignment with business goals. • Design Leadership and Execution: Lead the detailed design and development of at least one workstream component or sub-component, ensuring all deliverables are completed within the parameters of the Solution Blueprint. • Peer Review and Quality Assurance: Provide peer reviews to service transition activities, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 8 years industry experience • At least 5 years leadership experience • At least 5 years PMO experience • Open to any industry • Nice to have: Transition experience, exposure to Financial Services (F&A - RTR, PTP, OTC, Sales Operations, Procurement, Capital Markets), Insurance, HR, Health, Trust & Safety, Change Management, AI Services
