Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating various technological components to ensure seamless operation and future readiness within dynamic environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural designs with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system efficiency and innovation.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java with Majesco or DxC or Bancs etc and any other insurance platform knowledge
- Strong experience in designing scalable and high-performance enterprise applications.
- In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and architectural frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and middleware technologies relevant to enterprise environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in distributed systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
