Summary:
Business Analyst (Life Sciences / Clinical Data Management)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Sciences and Clinical Data Management to support clinical study systems and processes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams to manage requirements, change requests, and system enhancements across clinical trial platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with clinical studies, trial data, and clinical systems, with hands-on exposure to CTMS platforms—preferably Veeva Vault Clinical. This role demands strong expertise in requirements management, change management, and delivery coordination, along with proficiency in tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end requirements management for clinical systems, including enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, configuration teams, and application support teams
Coordinate and track development, testing, and delivery of system changes and features
Support change and release management using tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
Ensure solutions align with clinical trial processes, data standards, and operational needs
Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences, with a focus on Clinical Data Management
Strong understanding of clinical trials, study operations, and clinical data flows
Experience with CTMS systems Veeva Vault Clinical experience is a strong advantage
Hands-on experience with change management and ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and coordination skills

- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Clinical Data Management, Veeva Vault, Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong capability in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Skilled in using various tools and techniques for data collection, analysis, and presentation to support decision-making.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
