Project Role : Responsible AI Tech Lead
Project Role Description : Ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Design and deploy Responsible AI solutions; align AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and advocates for ethical AI adoption.

Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This role requires designing and implementing solutions that ensure AI technologies are used responsibly and in compliance with relevant regulations. The position includes providing guidance and leadership to various teams, promoting collaboration across departments, and advocating for the adoption of ethical AI practices throughout the organization. The role demands a proactive approach to aligning AI projects with established ethical standards while fostering an environment of shared responsibility and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI principles within the organization.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on ethical AI goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and understanding of responsible AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence.
- Ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions with a focus on transparency and accountability.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and leadership within technical teams.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices in AI deployments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
