Project Role Description : Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

Summary:
You are responsible for maintaining and improving computer systems for KN and our clients, mostly by examining existing IT systems and creating requirements for new ones. You also help implement them and monitor their effectiveness. Your role is critical to smooth operation and safe, secure computer systems that fit the business needs of KN and our clients. You are representing the link between BU, Development and Test teams and provide a strong support to them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Coordination between several business units and the development team.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers, testers and the team to follow.
-Assist the business unit in transforming their visions to running software.
-Support BU by creating their requirements according to the business needs and system capabilities.
-Translate business requirements into functional and technical software design specifications for development.
-Create data models as part of the design artefacts.
-Prepare and organize BU alignment meetings to find and present solution designs.
-Create test scenarios for the initial Integration test of delivered functions.
-Align external deliveries with other IT departments.
-Plan releases and milestones together with the BU.
-Provide Level 3 support for applications under your responsibility.
-Work together with vendor support on all issues with commercial applications.
-Set up administrator and user profiles.
-Maintain system documentation.
-Create and maintain SLAs.
-Programming in an administrative language.
-Other one-time tasks assigned by Manager.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Academic degree of computer sciences or equivalent education/knowledge.
- Knowledge regarding agile requirements engineering.
-Proven ability to understand BU requirements, assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions in form of high quality software design.
-At least basic knowledge of logistics business.
- Profound expertise in system and/or business analysis of complex software systems or industries.
-You like the idea of servant leadership.
-Willingness to establish a cross functional team.
- Good verbal and written communication as well as negotiation and presentation skills. Fluent command of English.
-Ability to learn new areas and new skills quickly.
-Good problem solving/analytical skills.
-Ability to provide good customer service, be a good listener and work well with others.
- Professional attitude and work habits.
- Self-dependent work in your responsible functional area.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
