Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting various projects within the Technology Delivery Centers by diligently tracking and managing activities related to the project management office. The role requires proactive monitoring and management of project deliverables, ensuring that progress is consistently reported and aligned with project goals. This position demands close collaboration with multiple teams to maintain smooth execution and timely completion of tasks, while continuously overseeing the status of ongoing initiatives to facilitate effective project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and issues, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance as needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project status and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to use project management tools and software to track progress and manage schedules.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Capability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
