Project Role : Analytics and Modeling Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to gather, analyze and model client data (customers, financials, operational, organizational, access channel), key performance indicators, and/or market data (competitors, products, suppliers), using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision-making.

Summary:
As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, your day involves spearheading initiatives to collect, examine, and construct models from diverse client datasets, including customer information, financial records, operational metrics, organizational structures, and access channels. You will also analyze market-related data such as competitor activities, product details, and supplier information. Your role centers on applying a wide array of analytical methods and tools to extract meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align data-driven strategies is a key aspect of your daily responsibilities.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize analytics processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Data Governance, Collibra Data Governance, Databricks Unity Catalog.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Governance, Collibra Data Governance, Databricks Unity Catalog.
- Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and pipeline development within cloud-based environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data models and analytics solutions that support complex business requirements.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data security, privacy standards, and compliance frameworks relevant to data governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
