Summary:
As an Analytics and Modelor, a typical day involves examining and interpreting data related to clients, markets, and key performance indicators. This role requires working with various analytical tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions. The position demands a thoughtful approach to data analysis, enabling the organization to enhance its understanding of market trends and operational effectiveness through detailed modeling and evaluation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data insights with business objectives.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and best practices to enhance analytical approaches.
- Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex data challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB Administration.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong understanding of data storage, retrieval, and security principles.
- Ability to manage and maintain large-scale database environments.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes related to database systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in MongoDB Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
