Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and facilitating communication across various teams to maintain seamless project progress. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations while optimizing the use of available tools, training, and assets. The Security Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in driving project outcomes and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of security projects and be able to take key decisions
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Able to identify Risk in the project and project well in advance and take necessary mitigation steps
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, incident response processes, and threat intelligence integration.
- Experience in managing and optimizing SIEM platforms to detect, analyze, and respond to security events.
- Ability to design and implement security monitoring strategies that align with organizational risk management objectives.
- Familiarity with log management, correlation rules, and alert tuning to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
- Skilled in collaborating with IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and timely incident resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 20+ years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required
