Project Role Description : Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

1. 10-12 years experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI or HAM and/or ITOM development and support projects
2. Experience in managing ServiceNow projects
3. Good in client and people management
4. Good communication skills
5. Good experience in automation and driving automation initiatives
6. Experience managing AMS / Enhancements projects
7. Experience in managing transition from other vendors and client teams

Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive the evolution of these solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration, customization, and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing release cycles and deployment processes for packaged or Software as a Service applications.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards to maintain system stability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors to align technical solutions with organizational needs.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex issues and providing scalable solutions across multiple teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
