Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation by promptly addressing and resolving technical challenges. The position demands continuous vigilance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Strong understanding of software asset lifecycle management and compliance processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with IT service management principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
