Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure that the solutions you deliver are scalable and high-performing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles and responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules such as accruals and timekeeper.
Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and UAT preferred.
Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution and hand holding during handover of the
system.
Experience in Test automation and/or manual testing wrt UKG platform
Mentor junior members.
Thrive in a team environment, while also possessing the ability to work independently.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion
with minimal direction.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Desire to work in an information systems environment.

Technical and Professional Experience:
Minimum of 4+years of experience.
Capability to understand the business case, features, high-level architecture and benefits of Data Hub and
general process of getting data into and out of the system.
Identify the various settings related to pipelines and wrappers.
Mandatory Experience in Migration from WFC to Pro WFM.
Hands on exp in using Navigator, Paragon Transfer Manger,Data Migtration Tool.
List implementation tasks Describe mappings required for Dimensions to successfully deliver pay code-
related data to Dimensions Data Hub.
Recognize how to validate reporting data in Data Hub to ensure consistency between Dimensions and Data
Hub and other Data Hub considerations such as role-level security, how to use the data dictionary,
importing/exporting data, and transitioning customers to support.
Design and determine if a customer s reporting need is best met by a Data view, standard report, modified
standard report, or custom report.
Make modifications to standard reports and publish the resulting reports.
Create custom reports from scratch using BIRT Report Studio Implement computed columns in custom
reports.
Navigate and leverage information found in the Data Dictionary.
