Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The lead coordinates efforts across different teams, balancing priorities and resources to drive the program or project forward effectively and efficiently.

Role and Responsibilities
-Facilitates daily standups
-Participates in sprint planning and reviews
-Facilitates communications
-Reports on delivery metrics
*Facilitates prioritization and planning for Scrum team
*Drives adherence to delivery management processes for Scrum team

Professional & Technical Skills:
- System Analyst
Responsible for working with BCBSA staff to define and document requirements, create backlogs, and update documentation in JIRA.
-Owns and manages the Product Backlog: defines, prioritizes, and refines user stories
-Gathers input from business, operations, cross functional and non-functional teams and SMEs (OG and Cloud team) to shape product direction
-Support Release co-ordination by consolidating scope items and facilitating deployments in coordination with Release manager, DevOps and Development planning and execution of all cutovers, collaborating with DevSecOps, CCOE, and cloud teams to ensure readiness and quality
-Monitor delivery health, ensuring story progress, testing readiness, and capacity planning (including PTO tracking) were aligned for every sprint
-Support reporting by compiling necessary details and metrics around scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, etc.
-Keeping sanity of Jira and Jira dashboards to ensure we have accurate view of Program, PI and Sprint
* Additional SM responsibilities for Onshore SM/SA
** Product Ownership and Project Management responsibilities handled by SM/SA
