Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer who has understanding of platform architect with 5.6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, implementation, and platform governance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including enterprise architecture design, ServiceNow multiple module transformation, integrations and platform scalability.
This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, strong client-facing capabilities, and proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams while ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and operating models.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of web applications.
- Define, design, and govern scalable and secure ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise IT and business strategy.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and CMDB.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with web development frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM modules and 3rd Party Tool Integration.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- JavaScript & Glide API
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- Flow Designer & Workflows
- Service Catalog & Request Fulfillment
- Scoped Applications & Application Lifecycle
- Integration Hub & MID Server
- Strong understanding of update sets, release management, and DevOps practices in ServiceNow.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong knowledge of security models, ACLs, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience designing multi-instance strategies, integration patterns, and platform roadmaps.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5.6 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM – Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
