Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Developer to work with a client Imaging platform which requires strong hands-on development for new internal projects, strategic initiatives and also for 3rd level platform support work. As part of the Imaging Team, you ll receive valuable experience and growth opportunities. You ll also have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, use the latest technologies, and play a crucial role in automating and optimizing network operations and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist your manager with work coordination for development team.
- Collaborate with teams to build .Net solutions that utilize Captiva optimally.
- Serve as the Lead Developer for Captiva with client s organizations.
- Stay abreast of OpenText s product roadmap for Captiva and reconcile that roadmap with cleint s product roadmaps.
- Enhance AWS Textract integration to make custom solutions more generic.
- Perform on-site mail room troubleshooting for business to resolve scanner and other issues relating to Captiva usage.
- Responsible for managing technology and delivery for a set of projects or initiatives within a product / channel / platform.
- Participate in meetings with to review project status, Accomplishments, risks, metrics, best practices etc.
- Coordinate with other developers / analysts to resolve dependencies and project issues.
- Provide general expertise on one or more architecture / technology disciplines.
- Identification, implementation, documentation, and communication of IT architecture and other relevant technology trends.
- Participate in efforts that pilot / evaluate specific architecture Solutions.
- Assist with identification of obsolete technologies and processes and assess associated risks to the business.
- Monitor and maintain all production Captiva deployments for health, scalability, and stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- A minimum of 5+ years of Captiva experience.
- Prior experience in a Lead Developer role or equivalent to Senior Developer role (5+ years).
- Strong .Net development experience (7+ years).
- AWS Textract experience preferred.
- Manage Imaging Model and update it as required using Machine Learning for client s organization.
- Knowledge of agile processes.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Security Engineering. or equivalent field experience.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- Willingness to work in Shift B (11:00 AM–9:00 PM or 12:00 PM–10:00 PM)
- A 15 years full time education is required.
