AI Powered Tech Talent.As a Salesforce Data 360 Engineer, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for Data Cloud driven architecture across large-scale, multi-org Salesforce ecosystems. You will define, govern, and scale enterprise Data 360 platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy, data governance standards, and long-term digital transformation goals. you will lead the end-to-end Data 360 roadmap from architecture vision and solution design to deployment, optimization, and adoption. You will guide teams in building secure, high-performance, and scalable Data Cloud solutions, enabling unified customer profiles, real-time data activation, and AI-powered insights across Sales, Service, Marketing, and external systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own and govern enterprise-wide Salesforce Data 360 architecture and strategy
Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant Data Cloud solutions
Define data governance, identity resolution, and activation best practices.
Drive adoption of real-time and AI-enabled use cases across Salesforce clouds
Partner with business, analytics, and delivery leaders to align data strategy with outcomes
Mentor and manage high-performing Data 360 architects and engineering teams
Evaluate new Salesforce Data Cloud features and roadmap enhancements for enterprise adoption.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills
Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture and capabilities
Strong experience designing unified data models using Standard & Custom Data Model Objects (DMOs)
Proven expertise in Identity Resolution (Exact, Normalized, Fuzzy Medium & High precision rules)
Advanced knowledge of Calculated Insights (SQL-based) and segmentation performance optimization
Experience with real-time and batch data ingestion, including MCP, CRM, and external sources
Strong understanding of Data Streams, Data Transforms, Data Actions, and Activation Targets
Enterprise-level experience designing scalable data architectures across multiple Salesforce orgs
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs)
Knowledge of Zero Copy / Lakehouse integrations (Snowflake, Databricks or similar)
Strong understanding of event-based architectures and behavioral data modeling
Experience handling high-volume, high-velocity data with performance and latency considerations
Soft Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful Salesforce Data 360 delivery in complex enterprise environments.

15+ years of Salesforce experience.
2 years experience in Data 360 implementation projects is required
