Summary:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Saviynt Team Lead with deep expertise in the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role will drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business transformation by delivering scalable and secure IAM capabilities.
The Saviynt Team Lead will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, architecture, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of Saviynt-based IAM solutions. The role requires strong hands-on configuration experience, a solid understanding of IAM and IGA concepts, and proven ability to integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms. In addition, the role involves technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and guiding team members to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business and security objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end Saviynt IAM solution design, configuration, and deployment.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategy, access governance policies, and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
-Manage Saviynt integrations with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud applications (AWS, GCP, etc.).--Customize Saviynt workflows, connectors, analytics, and access request processes.-Lead, mentor, and groom a team of Saviynt developers and support engineers.
-Define and enforce identity lifecycle management processes, joiner, mover, leaver (JML).
-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Saviynt and IAM processes.
-Prepare architecture documents, technical design documents, and operational runbooks.
-Work with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure IAM controls meet regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
-Participate in roadmap planning and continuous improvement of the IAM platform.-Contribute to knowledge base development, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement initiatives across the IAM practice.
-Provides day-to-day management of the project team.
-Provides project status reporting.
-Assist with providing guidance around testing and releasing the integration into Production
-Accountable for the creation of all deliverables
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
-Good To Have Skills: Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM).
-Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
-Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
-Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
