This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience in Technology delivery to begin their career in Application Management Services (AMS). You will work closely with a client delivery team to learn and contribute as an Application Management Specialist where you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements by using custom technology namely Java and SQL / PLSQL.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform routing work and requested work (Standard) according to procedure manuals (SOP – Standard Operating Procedure).
Perform non-standard work requests according to client demands.(Including investigation, etc.)
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development.
Monitoring and maintaining application.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. Only JAPANESE NATIVES REQUIRED.
- Good To Have Skills: Basic understanding of IT concepts, software applications, and databases. Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, SQL) or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients effectively.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining high accuracy.
Problem-Solving Mindset:
A proactive attitude towards identifying problems and finding solutions.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being self-motivated to learn and grow.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
