What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Sourcing involves identifying and acquiring goods and services needed by an organization. This role includes researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. It also involves evaluating the quality and cost-effectiveness of products and services. The goal is to ensure the organization obtains the best value while meeting its procurement needs efficiently. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a sourcing expert with minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing (Rfx management) COUPA proficiency is a value-add
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. RFx management in COUPA simple sourcing and COUPA CSO 2. Stakeholder management 3. Managing project folders, RFx tracker etc. 4. Working on value added initiatives for the process
