What would you do? We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing strategic insights that support business decision-making. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing a companys financial performance. It helps in making informed business decisions by evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CA/CMA/CPA is a plus) 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan) Excellent communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) Provide variance analysis and commentary on actual vs. forecasted results Partner with business units to support financial planning and decision-making Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations Assist in cost control initiatives and identify areas of financial improvement Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial statements and support financial reviews with stakeholders Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems Work with cross-functional teams
