What would you do? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support planning activities within the Ops 3 model. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, in-depth analysis of requirements, and ensuring optimal stock levels to maintain operational continuity and support informed decision-making. This role focuses on driving planning excellence, ensuring inventory and supply continuity, providing data-driven insights, and enabling efficient cross-functional collaboration to meet business and customer requirements Process Improvement & Business Outcomes • Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams • Identify opportunities to optimize planning processes and improve service levels • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning operations The flow of tasks involved in the supply chain, such as order fulfilment, procurement, warehousing and transporting.
What are we looking for? • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in SQL and/or Power BI for data extraction and analysis • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Ability to interpret complex BOMs and asset data • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Background in supply chain, asset management, or engineering (preferred) • Strong understanding of SCM processes, especially PO lifecycle management • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment with multiple stakeholders • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Analytical & Decision Support • Perform root cause analysis and “what-if” analysis for planning issues (e.g., delays, shortages, inventory gaps) • Analyze and provide insights on: o On-time delivery performance o Inventory optimization o PO performance and exceptions • Solve moderately complex problems and develop new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods
Roles and Responsibilities: Planning & Operations Execution • Manage end-to-end planning activities, including inventory, demand, and supply alignment • Oversee daily operations delivery and ensure smooth execution of planning processes • Monitor and interpret process KPIs and SLAs regularly • Support key planning activities such as: o Demand forecasting and analysis o Inventory planning and stocking strategy o Exception management and issue resolution Reporting & Governance • Prepare and maintain: o Operational reports o Planning dashboards (Excel/Power BI) o Performance summaries • Track and report on: o SLA adherence o Planning efficiency o Inventory health metrics • Deliver timely insights and updates to leadership and stakeholders Stakeholder & Team Management • Engage with stakeholders (client teams, suppliers, internal teams) for alignment and insights • Continuously update planning reports based on stakeholder inputs • Guide and mentor junior planners/analysts to achieve business objectives • Align business requirements with system and process solutions Process Improvement & Business Outcomes • Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams • Identify opportunities to optimize planning processes and improve service levels • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning operations Role Expectations • Work with minimal supervision in determining methods and approaches • Understand and align with the strategic direction set by leadership • Interact with: o Direct supervisors and team leads (primary interaction) o Clients and internal stakeholders (regular interaction)
