What would you do? The Chief of Staff will serve as the MD’s strategic execution partner and central coordination hub across Retirement towers. This role is responsible for driving cadence, governance, reporting, and cross-tower execution to ensure all client-mandated and internal programs, deliverables, and reporting requirements are met with strong rigor, speed, and quality. The incumbent will operate as a single point of contact (SPOC) for tracking and reporting critical parameters across towers, enabling proactive risk management and executive decision-making.
What are we looking for? Qualifications & Experience • 18+ years of experience in Program Management, Chief of Staff roles, or Large-Scale Operations Governance (BFSI/Insurance preferred). • Strong experience working directly with senior executives (MD/Senior VP level) in high-paced environments. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across distributed teams and geographies. Preferred Certifications • PMP certification is preferred (or equivalent program management certification). Core Skills / Competencies • Advanced in analytics, executive reporting, and performance dashboards. • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (exec storytelling); Power BI is a strong advantage. • Ability to translate complex data into crisp insights and actions. Program/Project Execution • Strong program management discipline: planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, RAID governance. • Ability to drive through influence (without direct authority). Executive Communication • Excellent written/verbal communication; capability to create C-suite-ready narratives. • High attention to detail, strong stakeholder presence, and structured thinking. Collaboration & Leadership • Strong cross-functional collaboration across towers, functions, and leadership layers. • Bias for action, ownership mindset, and ability to operate with ambiguity.
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities 1) Executive Office Enablement • Own the Leadership business rhythm: weekly/monthly governance cadence, leadership reviews, QBR preparation, and executive communications. • Drive meeting excellence: agenda, pre-reads, action capture, follow-ups, and closure tracking across stakeholders. • Prepare executive-ready materials: leadership decks, performance narratives, client updates, and decision briefs. 2) Cross-Tower Program & Delivery Governance • Act as the center point across Retirement towers to ensure alignment, execution, and progress against priorities. • Drive and monitor strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and internal projects end-to-end (scope, plan, milestones, dependencies, risks). • Ensure cross-functional coordination across Delivery, Quality, Risk & Compliance, Workforce, Finance, and Technology teams. 3) Reporting, Analytics & Performance Management (SPOC) • Own consolidated reporting across towers: operational metrics, key deliverables, milestones, and executive KPIs. • Build and maintain analytics-driven dashboards (Excel/Power BI preferred) to track: • Client deliverables & contractual/mandated requirements • Performance & productivity metrics • Risks/issues/actions (RAID), compliance and audit actions • Transformation benefits and project health • convert data into insights: highlight trends, early warnings, root causes, and recommended actions. 4) Stakeholder Management & Communication • Serve as single point of contact to coordinate critical asks from leadership and key stakeholders. • Create strong stakeholder alignment through structured updates, transparent tracking, and timely escalation. • Ensure clear ownership, RACI, and closure across all open actions and commitments. 5) Risk, Controls & Governance (as relevant) • Maintain rigorous governance discipline to ensure deliverables are audit-ready and timely. • Proactively surface key risks, dependencies, and decision points to the MD and leadership team.
