What would you do? Roles and Responsibilities In this role you are required to lead and oversee the Account Information Security, Controls, Compliances and User Access Management (UAM) function to ensure secure, compliant, and timely provisioning and de-provisioning of system access across enterprise applications. You will be accountable for governance, audit readiness, stakeholder management, and overall delivery effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership capability, decision-making authority, and accountability for risk management and compliance posture. The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Decisions often impact other teams. Individuals would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client What would you do? You will be aligned with our Security Operations and Governance leadership, driving identity lifecycle management and access governance strategy. You will safeguard enterprise systems by enforcing role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and regulatory compliance requirements. Typically Oversee the controls, Compliances, Security and User Access Management. The role includes leading access reviews, managing audit interactions, driving automation and standardization initiatives, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes at scale Key Responsibilities • Oversee the Accounts Security and Controls requirements • Ensure compliance with all applicable Controls and Compliances • Lead end-to-end user access provisioning and de-provisioning across joiners, movers, and leavers • Own SLA adherence, delivery metrics, and risk remediation across the UAM function • Enforce least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) principles across applications • Govern periodic user access reviews and privileged access monitoring • Identify and remediate unauthorized, excessive, or conflicting access • Lead internal and external audit support including evidence management and closure of findings • Provide strategic direction for IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, ServiceNow • Act as senior escalation point and SPOC for business, IT, HR, and audit stakeholders
What are we looking for? Certifications - Relevant certifications such as CISA, ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly preferred. Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts. Qualification Any Graduate / Master’s with strong BPO and Control and compliance experience (Degree in IT / Computer Science / Cybersecurity preferred) with Experience in Information Security/ GRC, Controls and Compliance including User Access Management, Audit and Sox Controls and Compliance Years Of Experience 10 to 15 years
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Skills and Abilities • Deep understanding of IAM, RBAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle management • Strong audit, governance, and compliance orientation • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage high-volume, complex access environments • Strategic problem solving and decision-making capability • High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset • Engage in monthly discussions with team members about performance, coaching, feedback, training needs, and career development • Monitor and drive team performance, ensuring throughput and quality meet defined metrics• Publish governance dashboards highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities • Drive automation, process maturity, and standardization across access management processes •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach • Some latitude in decision-making in involved • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility • The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
