What would you do? • Drive Finance master data governance across SAP BPC, FW, SAP GL, and feeder apps. • Owned enterprise dimensions (Account/Flow/Entity/TP/Functions) with SEC/FRB/FP&A/Tax, Controllers, and COE/FIS. • Monthly/Quarterly change-control forums and stakeholder communication • Validated master data requests impacting reporting, mappings, and hierarchies. • Ensured compliance with corporate master data standards and procedures. • Published monthly KPIs for request volume, cycle time, and backlog visibility. • Analyzed large datasets using database tools for data quality and impact checks. • Partnered with O&S to deliver monthly/quarterly cycles within SLAs. • Owned issue triage, resolution, and escalations across data stakeholders. • Co-defined target workflows for critical finance dimensions/hierarchies with business and projects. We are seeking a visionary and adaptive specialist to lead complex SAP MDM | FICO | S/4 HANA operations within a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep techno-functional expertise, exceptional client engagement skills, and a proven track record in delivery management, SLA/KPI oversight, and value creation. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and build high-impact teams that consistently exceed client expectations.
What are we looking for? •Finance graduate with 8–12 years in Master Data Governance and financial data analysis. •Strong data acumen with high attention to detail. •Hands-on with database tools for building and analyzing large datasets. •Clear communicator with strong stakeholder and interpersonal skills. •Collaborative team player; effective across levels and external partners. •Flexible to support extended hours during peak close/reporting cycles. •Strong accounting fundamentals; SAP FICO (must-have) and familiarity with financial platforms. •Tools: SAP (FICO/MDM; BPC a plus), Excel (VBA a plus), Access, PowerPoint, Visio; strong data mining. •Business Data Analysis •Finance Master Data Management •Master Data Management (MDM) •Business Requirements Analysis •Information Management System Testing and Validation •Adaptable and flexible •Agility for quick learning •Written and verbal communication •Ability to meet deadlines •Collaboration and interpersonal skills
