What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Digital Inside Sales involves selling products or services remotely using digital tools and platforms. This includes activities like email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. The goal is to reach and engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions. It allows sales teams to efficiently manage leads, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is cost-effective and scalable, making it ideal for modern sales strategies. Provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.
What are we looking for? Strong Attention to Detail – Ability to catch errors in CRM data, call nuances, and process gaps. Analytical Thinking – Capability to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from audits. Effective Communication – Clear, constructive feedback delivery to sales reps and stakeholders. Process Orientation – Strong understanding of workflows, compliance, and sales frameworks. Objectivity & Fair Judgment – Evaluate performance without bias using defined QA metrics. Coaching Mindset – Focus on improving rep performance, not just identifying mistakes. Tech & CRM Proficiency – Comfort working with CRM tools, call recording systems, and dashboards. Time Management – Ability to handle multiple audits and meet deadlines consistently. Customer-Centric Approach – Understanding of what drives a good customer experience. Adaptability & Continuous Learning – Stay updated with changing sales strategies, tools, and processes. CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce) – For accurate data tracking, audits, and pipeline management. Call Monitoring & QA Tools – To review recordings and evaluate sales conversations effectively. Data Analysis (Excel) – For reporting, trend analysis, and performance insights. Sales Processes & Frameworks – Understanding of lead qualification, funnels, and conversion metrics. Communication & Coaching Techniques – To deliver clear, actionable feedback to sales reps.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. CRM Audit & Data Accuracy – Ensure all lead, opportunity, and customer data is correctly captured and updated in the system. 2. Call Quality Audit & Monitoring – Review sales calls to assess pitch quality, objection handling, and adherence to scripts. 3. Feedback & Coaching for Sales Reps – Provide actionable feedback to improve communication, conversions, and overall performance. 4. Sales Hygiene & Process Compliance Checks – Verify timely follow-ups, proper tagging, and adherence to defined sales processes. 5. Performance Insights & Continuous Improvement – Analyze trends, highlight gaps, and drive ongoing improvements in sales effectiveness.
