What would you do? • Data entry in HR1S and managing service request via Oracle Helpdesk. • Update HR1S systems, which include, but not limited to internal and client-based applications with HR transactions • Double-check all work before submission to ensure accuracy • Extract, Analyse and Deliver the output report to ensure data has been processed accurately • Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured. e.g. SLA, KPI • Complete tasks within the assigned time frame (SLA) to ensure timely delivery • Communicate with the requestor via Helpdesk to receive accurate information to proceed with the service request • Reviews all input to ensure data is compliant with standard operation procedure practices • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems • Stick to established processes and guidelines like Localisation documents to ensure consistent, accurate results, leverage tools, checklists, or templates provided to ensure work is done correctly • Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls contributing We Innovate Initiatives • Effective communication and teamwork abilities • Attention to detail and the ability to manage BAU • Act on feedback provided by supervisors or SMEs to improve your accuracy and efficiency moving forward • Complete Accenture and Client’s mandatory training but not limited to TQ, DQ, Ethics and Compliance, CTD and ensuring full adherence to developmental trainings • Ensuring accurate complete and timely reporting of data in Accenture and client tools as per requirements (ADRT, GPH, SQF, DMS, T&E, etc.) • Collaborate with client Local People Partner (HRBP) for process clarification, updates or assistance • Proactively identify and mitigate process risks using prior HR experience. Escalate unmitigated risks to supervisors • Practice Root Cause Analysis on issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future occurrences. • Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions to gain a solid understanding of processes and client-specific initiatives, Business Transformation and developing expertise in key areas like Subject Matter Expert (SME)
What are we looking for? Hand-on Knowledge of HRMS (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is required •• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resource Operations (HRO) with prior knowledge of HR processing • Hands on experience of managing work through workflow tool like Oracle • Should be proficient with MS Office Tools like Excel, Word, Outlook and Webmail • Must have excellent command over verbal and written English • Expertise in ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance with legal and client-specific data protection standards • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality by strictly adhering to client data protection policies and legal standards, ensuring all sensitive information is securely handled. • Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to handle multiple data-related responsibilities. • Continuously seeking ways to enhance data management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. • Adjusting to new tools, technologies, and processes in a dynamic work environment. • Showcase technical proficiency by staying updated with the latest data management technologies and applying them to improve data workflows
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
