What would you do? This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material Functional Experience •Finance Master Data: Experience with cost centers, profit centers, GL maintenance, and monthly access control reports. •Supply Chain/Operations: Knowledge of plant extensions, Material Requirements Planner (MRP) updates, and tariff code maintenance. •Product Launch Support: Experience in New Product Launch (NPL) cycles, including timeline management (TLM) and making products available to market. •Regulatory & Quality: Background in reviewing Project Start Forms, ORF reviews, and ensuring artwork compliance.
What are we looking for? •Detail-Oriented Analysts: Individuals capable of validating complex Bill of Materials (BOM) and artwork against multiple labeling guidelines. •Process Custodians: Individuals dedicated to maintaining a "single source of truth" through rigorous SOP adherence and central data archiving. •Proactive Problem Solvers: Individuals who can troubleshoot iDoc issues and resolve data discrepancies between systems like PDS and SAP. •Master Data Management (MDM) •Data Reporting •Client Communication •Client Management •Stakeholder Communications •Ability to perform under pressure •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders •Written and verbal communication •Collaboration and interpersonal skills •Ability to meet deadlines •Tools •ERP Systems: SAP •MS Office [Excel, Word & PowerPoint] Required Other Skills •Stakeholder Liaison & Communication •Operational Compliance & Conflict Resolution: Maintain data integrity by identifying and rejecting non-compliant requests, clearly communicating discrepancies to requestors through approved portals to resolve conflicts effectively. •Process Transformation & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and standardization of master data tasks to increase efficiency, providing process-specific training to users whenever system or workflow modifications occur. •Performance & Workload Management: Oversee daily operations and service level (SLA) performance, facilitating the prioritization of request backlogs and managing team activities during high-volume periods.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Data Lifecycle Management: Create, validate, update, and maintain master data records across Finance, Plant/DC, Artwork, and New Product Launch domains. •Finance: Managing Chart of Accounts (CoA), Cost Centers, and Profit Centers. •Data Quality: Proficiency in mass uploads, de-duplication, and data cleansing. •Compliance & Audit: Ensure all data actions meet regulatory and security standards, including SAP user recertification and Segregation of Duty (SOD) reporting. •Process Documentation: Organize and maintain desktop procedures [DTPs] to reflect current business processes and continuous improvement changes. •Stakeholder Collaboration: Attend business meetings to understand needs, handle escalations, and coordinate with teams like Packaging Developers (PD) and R&D. •Operational Oversight: Monitor service levels, perform root cause analysis for incidents, and provide volume projections based on historical trends. •ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience in SAP (MDG/S4HANA) or Oracle/D365. •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems •Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors •In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management •You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments •The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others •You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work •Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
