What would you do? This role is responsible to execution of trade planning activities with relevant trade platform, supporting for any required trade planning scenarios along with execution tracking against the set objectives. The Trade Planning & Operation Executive will support the Trade Manager in executing and maintaining trade system operations, ensuring accurate cycle planning uploads, system administration, and platform coordination. This role is critical in enabling smooth execution of trade campaigns and maintaining data integrity across trade platforms In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. Includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required (Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 4 points) • Experience in Trade CRM & planning tool (Salesforce, Anaplan, etc). Anaplan certification is preferred. • Experience in handling Trade marketing data • Proficient in Excel and Power-point • Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and summary presentations. • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret, enhance and optimise reporting conducted via multiple Excel spreadsheets. • A bachelor’s degree in a business or Marketing field
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Have good understanding of End Market business priorities, trade agenda and trade operating model for specific EM is assigned, while working from GBS Hub (Remote). Full understanding and alignment on each cycle plan objectives and activities. • Execute trade activities through aligned trade plan and B2B platform functionalities (like Anaplan as Trade Planning tool and Salesforce/ RCS8 etc Trade systems). Based on end market RTM model & platforms, need to manage: • Trade coverage planning • Cycle activity planning (Customer incentive, Field Force incentive, new brand launch activities, POSM planning, pricing changes etc) • Sales planning process at Customer level (if company own distribution model) • Ensure timely and accurate input of campaign activities aligned with trade objectives. • Create and manage trade activities within the system. • Maintain and update key data sets • Coordinate system maintenance and upgrades, including Change Requests (CR) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Liaise with IDT and vendors to resolve system issues and ensure platform stability. • Provide system training and support to internal users to ensure effective platform usage. • Document and communicate system processes and updates. • Work closely with Trade, IDT, and external vendors to ensure seamless platform operations. • Support cross-functional teams with system-related queries and enhancements.
