As part of the Digital Marketing Analytics & Insights team, you will turn digital performance data into actionable insights to support marketing strategy, campaign optimization, tagging governance, and overall digital experience improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data, build performance dashboards, and deliver clear analytics outputs across acquisition, conversion, and retention journeys. You will help identify tagging gaps, troubleshoot data issues, and strengthen reporting frameworks across markets. You will also support continuous improvement by standardizing measurement approaches, enhancing reporting processes, and contributing to automation/efficiency initiatives across analytics operations.
What are we looking for? • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital analytics, performance reporting, social listening, or marketing analytics • Basic working knowledge of GA4, Adobe Analytics, Campaign metrics, website KPIs, or social performance indicators • Understanding of tagging fundamentals, UTMs, events, and data quality concepts • Ability to work with large datasets and perform basic analysis in Excel/Sheets • Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, GA4, Looker Studio — working familiarity) • Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to QA and documentation • Good communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and manage multiple deliverables • Familiarity with debugging tools (Tag Assistant, GA4 DebugView, FB Pixel Helper, etc.) • Exposure to media, CRM, social analytics, or marketplace performance metrics • Experience with social listening tools or digital insights platforms • Certifications in SQL, Python, Power BI • Knowledge of BI/dashboarding best practices, visualization standards, or MBR/QBR reporting • Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (GTM, CMPs, CRM platforms) • Experience working with global teams, multi-market operations, or remote stakeholders
Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist with data extraction, cleaning, validation, and dataset preparation for recurring reports and dashboards • Update performance trackers, templates, and standard reporting frameworks across campaigns and channels • Conduct basic tagging and tracking checks using available debugging tools flag issues to senior analysts • Support dashboard updates (Power BI/Tableau/GA4 explorations) with accurate data inputs • Perform preliminary analysis of channel, website, CRM, or social metrics to identify patterns and trends • Contribute to weekly/monthly insights packs with observations, charts, and simple performance summaries • Maintain documentation, taxonomy sheets, parameter lists, and naming conventions • Conduct routine QA checks to ensure accuracy of events, parameters, UTMs, and reporting metrics • Help prepare multi-market datasets and support roll-ups for regional/global reporting • Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests by organizing data into clean, structured formats • Stay updated on platform changes (GA4 updates, tagging guidelines, social analytics metrics) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing timely and accurate data files • Ensure high quality, consistency, and version control in all analytics deliverables
