What would you do? Responsible for overseeing the visual direction and execution of brand and marketing materials across various channels. This role involves leading a team of designers, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, leadership experience, and the ability to drive creative projects from concept to completion.
What are we looking for? Skills & Competencies:• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.• Experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.• Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation in visual storytelling.• Ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.• Experience in mentoring and developing junior designers.Experience & Education:• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.• Experience in designing for both digital and print mediums.• Previous experience working in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment.• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative execution
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities:• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts across digital and print media.• Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all design deliverables.• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design initiatives with business goals.• Oversee project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality assets.• Optimize design processes to improve efficiency and creative output.• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.Key Capabilities:• Creative Leadership: Ability to develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the brand while managing a team of designers.• Branding & Identity: Experience in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.• Digital & Print Design Expertise: Proficiency in designing for digital platforms (social media, websites, UI/UX) and print materials (brochures, packaging, advertisements).• Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design efforts with business objectives.• Project Management & Deadlines: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.• User-Centered Design: Understanding of user experience (UX) principles to create engaging and effective visual content.• Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Knowledge of animation and video editing tools to enhance digital storytelling is a plus
