What would you do? Support and execute sourcing projects across the S2C lifecycle with focus on efficiency, accuracy, and measurable client outcomes. Key activities include:• Leading or supporting sourcing initiatives: supplier outreach, RFx, negotiations, awards, and contract preparation.• Leveraging market and supplier research to perform financial/commercial analysis, identify savings, and highlight risks.• Supporting category strategy development with senior resources to align to client objectives.• Assisting in development of market insights and thought leadership content.• Applying AI/digital tools (e.g., drafting RFx, spend classification, contract clause review, data summarization).• Ensuring AI outputs are validated and compliant.• Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locationsYou will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.Develop strategies to transform the S&P function that lead to the implementation of differentiated and competitive S&P capabilities, processes, technologies and organizations.
What are we looking for? 3–5 years in procurement, sourcing, or consulting, with ability to adapt across multiple spend areas.• Sourcing & Procurement Expertise: Hands-on experience in sourcing events and supplier evaluations; emerging ability to support strategy development and advisory insights.• AI Literacy: Use enterprise AI assistants for core S2C tasks with judgment and quality control. Translate business goals into prompts, iterate for accuracy, validate outputs, and refine documents (tables, tracked changes, PDFs, scans). Candidates with S2C experience welcome; those without AI experience must adopt new methods with curiosity, structured thinking, and adaptability.• Skills: Strong numeric/text analysis, evaluate supplier proposals, contracts, and pricing.• Collaboration & Engagement: Build trust with suppliers/stakeholders; communicate effectively across remote and in-person contexts.• Tools: Proficiency in procurement platforms, Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools.• Education: Bachelor’s required; advanced certifications (CPSM, MCIPS) preferred.• Value-Add Proficiency (Preferred)• Proficiency with procurement platforms and AI productivity tools.• Ability to refine documents for AI use (e.g., tables, tracked changes, PDFs).• Strong numeric/text-based analysis and reporting skills.• Effective communicator, capable of tailoring storytelling for diverse stakeholders.• Trusted collaborator, building strong relationships with suppliers and clients.• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results independently.• Passion for continuous learning, problem-solving, and professional growth.• Adaptability to matrixed environments and evolving procurement practices.• Certifications - Preferred: Advanced certifications such as CPSM or MCIPS.
