Funciones a realizar:

• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de inteligencia artificial y machine learning listas para producción, integradas en arquitecturas cloud u on‑premise, garantizando calidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad.

• Implementar y evolucionar modelos de IA generativa, deep learning y AI Agents, aplicándolos a casos de uso como chatbots, procesamiento de lenguaje natural o visión por computador.

• Definir y mantener pipelines de datos y de entrenamiento/inferencia de modelos, asegurando buenas prácticas de MLOps y despliegues eficientes.

• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para integrar capacidades de IA en sistemas más amplios y resolver problemas técnicos complejos.

Responsabilidades:

• Liderar técnicamente el diseño y la implementación de arquitecturas de modelos de machine learning y soluciones de IA avanzada.

• Tomar decisiones técnicas clave sobre frameworks, librerías, patrones de diseño y estrategias de entrenamiento y despliegue de modelos.

• Actuar como referente técnico del equipo, guiando a otros profesionales, revisando código y compartiendo buenas prácticas en IA y ML.

• Analizar el rendimiento de los modelos y sistemas, proponiendo mejoras continuas en precisión, eficiencia y escalabilidad.

• Mantenerse actualizado en tecnologías emergentes de inteligencia artificial, IA generativa y arquitecturas de modelos, evaluando su aplicación en proyectos reales.

El puesto se desempeña en Madrid en un modelo de trabajo híbrido realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo. Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.
