Digital Marketing Advisor Specialist
We are looking for a strategic and digitally driven Marketing & Communications Advisor to join a global marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital strategy, web optimization, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration in dynamic international environments.
The person in this position will act as a trusted advisor for digital marketing initiatives, supporting end-to-end campaigns across web, social media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing channels while partnering with stakeholders and agencies across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Advise on web and digital components for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive website optimization initiatives and improve digital customer experiences.
- Analyze campaign and market data to generate actionable insights and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions.
- Manage digital projects using tools such as Jira, coordinating timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution of digital assets and campaigns.
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and optimization across marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and digital best practices across all channels.
Requirements
- +4 years of experience in multichannel digital marketing campaigns or +6 years in digital marketing focused on web strategy.
- Advanced English level (C1).
- Strong experience in digital marketing strategy, web optimization, SEO/SEM, and campaign management.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with clients in the United States.
- Experience in Energy, Oil & Gas industries.
- Martech or Project Management certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Background working with global marketing programs or agencies.
Preferred Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, PR, Communications, or related fields.
