Inside Sales Management Team Lead (Azure)
Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting, procurement and supply chain, and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance. Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. THE WORK
Leading a team of customer success managers who are responsible for driving incremental consumption of Microsoft Azure services.
Coaching and mentoring your team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional workloads.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention, revenue and growth.
Collaborating with other sales managers, account executives, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and strategy.
Providing feedback and insights to stakeholders to help improve the customer experience and value proposition.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED
At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in the cloud or software industry.
At least 2 years of experience in managing and developing a high performing sales team.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, especially Microsoft Azure.
The ideal candidate will have a background in driving customer cloud adoption and overall customer success. This role requires a deep understanding of the Azure platform.
Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
A bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Passion for customer satisfaction and success.
