• Dai 3 ai 7 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo con tecnologie front-end, come HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript e framework/librerie front-end (ad esempio React, Angular,Vue.JS) o esperienza similare nel campo dello sviluppo mobile (Kotlin, Swift, Flutter o React Native).

• Conoscenza ed esperienza pratica con applicazioni che integrano Generative AI, incluse metodologie e framework (es. LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) e pattern di sviluppo come prompt design, RAG, embeddings e agent-based solutions per orchestrare workflow e tool AI-driven.

• Capacità di lavoro trasversale tra design e sviluppo, assicurando un handoff fluido e un’efficace implementazione del design su web e mobile.

• Comprensione di architetture avanzate per applicazioni moderne, inclusi pattern agentici per l’integrazione AI-driven e scalabilità.

• Esperienza con pratiche avanzate di testing (unit, integration) e familiarità con lo sviluppo collaborativo (Git, code review).

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per interazioni fluide in contesti globali.

• Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria, Design Digitale o affini.

Nice to have

• Conoscenza di pratiche DevOps (CI/CD pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Esperienza con piattaforme cross-enterprise come CRM, customer service tools o knowledge base systems.

• Capacità di analizzare e ottimizzare prestazioni delle soluzioni AI/Frontend.

• Familiarità con tematiche di sicurezza e compliance in ambito AI e web development.
