· Experiencia inicial o prácticas en proyectos eléctricos (no imprescindible).
· Interés por el desarrollo técnico y la gestión de proyectos.
· Capacidad de aprendizaje, organización y trabajo en equipo.
· Habilidades de comunicación y actitud proactiva.
· Valorable conocimiento o interés en entornos Iberdrola / i-DE.
